Background

The organisation was in scale up mode so needed our specialist skills for a set time to support a temporary hiring spike for tech and design.

TQ Scope

TQ deployed a team of 3 to augment the in-house team’s recruitment activities. We designed and implemented a highly tailored and flexible outsourced model supporting TA to effectively deliver on significant global growth plans whilst still allowing for scale and flex in line with volatile global economic conditions.

Outcomes

We made around 60 permanent hires across both operational and leadership roles. The feedback from hiring managers, TA function and business units was exemplary and we built a reputation for our vibrancy, intelligence and positivity.  Key roles delivered included: Director of Delivery & Operations, Director ofDesign, Mid to Senior level SoftwareEngineers, Principal Engineer, People Scientists, Product Manager, Senior Delivery Lead, Technical SeniorDelivery Lead. The partnership drove an increase to 50% female representation and 48.5% of Culture Amp’s leaders being women.
