AEMO is working in a highly competitive market for talent with a small team that was at capacity to deliver on ramping up hiring needs.
TQ Scope
AEMO engaged a TQ Squad Solution on a fixed cost basis over an 8-month period to deliver significant capability uplift to the existing TA function. TQ’s focus was on business-critical role portfolios with a senior team of TA Business Partners, adopting a highly consultative approach to engaging with the business.
Outcomes
The utilisation of a Squad Solution provides an immediate injection of SME capabilities to an otherwise immature TA function. In addition to more traditional KPI’s and SLA’s, TQ was measured on stakeholder and candidate satisfaction, consistently reaching in the 90s for satisfaction rates. Due to the success of the initial 6 month project, it was extended for a further 6 months successfully.
