HR expertise for Clean Energy project mobilisation

Star of the South needed local HR expertise to review and establish their local HR framework, workforce plan and strategy to set them up for anticipated project mobilisation.

TQ Scope

TQ led a review of current HR processes, growth requirements and people priorities - Augmented TA and HR resources were used over a 3year period to enhance their HR operational framework and source key talent operational elements.

Outcomes

TQ established HR processes and ways of working, locally compliance and relevant to project status, put in place a performance framework and leader training was delivered. Reviewed all policies/contracts/processes and updated them to align to Australian requirements and then recruited their permanent HR/TA employees into the business providing overflow support when needed.
