Background

TQ was initially engaged as an augmentation partner to provide immediate deployment of a TA team to replace an RPO and ensure consistent and cohesive service delivery through the transition. Based on extensive growth, following TQ's advisory services, the augmented partnership was converted into a TQ squad solution for 12 months.

TQ Scope

We developed a business case and 3-year roadmap to support a suite of recommendations for future change and implementation, delivered capability build and strategic investments, including the need for new technology and partners. Delivering on BAU recruitment as well supporting tech & digital hiring with a PUP optimisation and EVP brand & recruitment marketing project.

Outcomes

The development & delivery of a future state vision for the function as well as a more detailed plan for change and transformation. A significant reduction in TA SLA’s across the board including CPH, TTF, TTH, diversity, pipeline health and employee advocacy. The TQ team delivered on all BAU expectations for talent attraction as well as hiring in a new Sportsbet TA team.
