TQSolutions partners with Future Women’s Jobs Academy
17 August 2022: TQSolutions is partnering with Future Women’s Jobs Academy, supporting more Australian women to return to flexible and remote work after caring responsibilities.
Jobs Academy members receive mentoring, training programs, access to Future Women’s online community, and connections with employers who are actively recruiting. Jobs Academy is supported by the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet’s Office for Women.
“Future Women’s Jobs Academy is an ideal partner for our team at TQ Solutions. Their focus is to support skilled women returning to work in flexible roles that they can balance with their caring responsibilities and it’s this approach to work that we live and breathe at TQ,” said TQ Solutions general manager Nadine O’Regan.
"Jobs Academy recognises the vast pool of under-utilised expertise that lies in women with caring responsibilities. Within our team at TQ, we have skilled and dedicated women who are balancing their roles with caring for their families, studying for a degree in architecture, or running a dog training business - all real examples from our team - and they are doing this at the same time as they deliver outstanding results for our clients.
“We’re thrilled to put TQ’s name to an initiative that’s striving to make this kind of flexible and remote work mainstream for women.
”Jobs Academy launched in 2022 as an extension of Future Women, a member-led organisation that delivers networking, leadership and training programs for women. Future Women’s goal is to achieve gender equality in Australian workplaces.
