Alastair Schirmer joins TQSolutions: GM for Tech & Innovation
Alastair joins TQSolutions as General Manager for Technology and Innovation on 19 July 2021, based in Melbourne, Australia. This is a key hire for TQ, which is regarded as Australia’s leading Advisory and Solutions firm for Talent Engagement and Mobility (TEaM) related projects.
In this newly created role, Alastair will develop a specialised Practice, geared to helping organisations navigate the complexities and fully embrace the opportunities of today’s highly dynamic HR technology landscape.

Alastair joins TQ after 8 successful years at LiveHire (a market leading Talent Acquisition, Engagement & Mobility platform) where he was one of the senior leaders that guided the business from startup to ASX listed global scale up. Over those years, Alastair has held responsibility for Product Solutions and Sales, Customer Success and Global Tech Partnerships. He is a highly regarded contributor to the global Talent Tech Industry with nearly 20 years' experience in the tech market having held leadership roles for companies such as SEEK and iSelect both locally and overseas.
