- Worked with the business to develop an RFP and assist with the vendor selection process, advising on needs analysis and future state design, requirements, analytics, capabilities and implementation.
- Developed a HR policy and process framework, then embedded it within the business.
- In partnership with the Leadership Team, develop a bespoke people strategy aligned to the organisational purpose and business plan.
Outcomes
- TQ was retained as the HR Service provider for the business on an ongoing basis and as a strategic adviser to the Leadership Team for all HR matters
