CenITex, mandated by the Victorian Government, provides ICT Network services. Unique to CenITex is the fact that they must compete for their work against global and national ICT Services providers, even though they are in effect, a Government body.
This model dictates that CenITex must be managed as though it were a private sector company; measured on its ability to deliver services, innovate and be cost competitive in a free market. Unknown to most people, CenITex, is arguably one of the largest ICT service providers in Victoria based on the number of individual users that it supports here and abroad.
CenITex needed a recruitment partner, that could drastically reduce their cost per hire, yet help them recruit the best talent possible.
