I am an experienced Talent Acquisition and HR professional with a passion for matching great talent and great organisations. Making a difference to others through candidate and customer focus is what rewards me every day.

Starting out in South Africa in FMCG and pharmaceuticals, my career transitioned from sales into training and then HR. HR provided many opportunities for learning and growth, but I discovered a true passion for talent acquisition. On relocation to Australia I was fortunate to work for an innovative biotech company in Talent Acquisition and had the opportunity to recruit across many diverse roles and functional areas. At TQSolutions, it feels like my passion for talent acquisition has found a home!

Good food and wine, walking (preferably by the sea or in the bush), reading, reading, reading and movies!

If you could have lunch with one person, alive or dead, who would it be and why?

The Dalai Lama – he’s one of my heroes and has a great sense of humour!

What might we be surprised to know about you?

I once abseiled down a 100ft waterfall (when I was much younger!)
